In the main event of the evening, Grey Hat and arm collector Cody “Locked and Loaded” Land (13-6) of Team Doyle returns to the cage to take on Matt “KO Kid” Murphy (1-2).  Land, who was supposed to face two different opponents at DCS 18 last month, is coming off of a submission loss against Omar Choudhury back at DCS 16: Spring Brawl in April of 2015.  Murphy, who had only one amateur fight in 2013 before turning pro in April of 2015, is also coming off of a submission loss to Scott Ettling at Shamrock FC: Throwdown in July of 2015.  Murphy has had all of his four pro fights since April, however, Land has the advantage of experience on his side.  It would not be a surprise if this bout ends via submission by Land, as eight of his thirteen professional wins are by arm bar, and Murphy’s two losses are via submission.

Chase vs Roberts

In this rematch, which is two and a half years in the making, Lloyd “Boo” Chase (1-0) faces Omaha’s Corey “The Pitbull” Roberts (0-1) in the co-main event of the evening.  Chase is coming off of a successful pro debut with a first round finish over Jordan Hernandez at DCS 17: Homegrown back in June of 2015.  Roberts, however, is coming off of a submission loss to Kevin Benson from his pro debut back in April of 2013 at DCS 7: Spring Brawl.  Both of these fighters had fairly successful amateur careers and crossed paths at Disorderly Conduct 15 back in January of 2013, where Roberts was victorious in a second round finish over Chase.  Chase will have an advantage of being more active, as Roberts has not fought since his pro debut, and is more than likely looking to avenge his loss.

Strube vs DeMers

In the Amateur main event of the evening, Sean “Lucky” Strube (4-0) of Minnesota is putting his undefeated record on the line against Team Doyle’s Nolan DeMers (4-2).  Strube is coming off of an impressive win via arm bar over Chuck Cook at Mecca 6 in August 2015.  DeMers is coming off of a tough split decision loss against Nate Morrow at DCS 16: Spring Brawl in April of 2015.

Kannot vs Nelson

In the Amateur co-main event of the evening, James Kannot (3-1) is facing undefeated Keyes Nelson (2-0) for the #1 contender spot. Kannot is coming off of a split decision win over Brooks Boyer back at DCS 15: Columbus Fight Night in March of 2015.  Kannot also had an impressive KO win over Virgil Knight back at DCS 12: Season’s Beatings 2014 at 0:08 in round one.   Nelson’s recent victory comes by way of guillotine choke over Jordan Heiderman at DCS 17: Homegrown in June of 2015.   This will be one fight on the card you do not want to miss.

This card also features the MMA debut of Professional Boxer, Mike Seymour.
