Legacy Fighting Alliance 42 Heads To Missouri With Krantz-Kayne Main Event

The Legacy Fighting Alliance ship will head to Branson, Missouri this Friday night for LFA 42 live on AXS TV.

In the main event, former LFA welterweight champion Derrick Krantz meets Kassius Kayne from the Branson Convention Center. The main card will begin at 9 p.m. ET.

“I am excited to bring the LFA back to Missouri in June,” stated Soares. “RFA hosted four shows across the state and we returned last year as LFA. Missouri has some of the best fans and MMA talent in the country. Derrick Krantz won the inaugural LFA welterweight title. He is on a path to reclaim his crown. Standing in his way is Kassius Kayne, who is one of the most exciting fighters on our roster.”

Krantz (21-10) was the first-ever LFA welterweight champion, besting Ben Neumann. Previously, the Texas native downed Brock Larson to claim the Legacy FC title.

After dropping the belt to James Nakashima, Krantz bounced back into the win column by besting Artenas Young.

Kayne (12-4), a native of Nebraska, earned a win in his LFA debut last October over Jordon Larson. He recently stepped away from the promotion to earn a win over Ivey Nixon.

Other planned fights for the AXS TV main card include Jaleel Willis vs. Chel Erwin-Davis, Charles Johnson vs. Andrew Kimzey and Erick Murray vs. Julius Anglickas.
