MMA Futures will be your home here in the United States for the June 22 WBU and WBF super middleweight boxing championship match between Nathan “Nightmare” Decastro and Tommy “Sweet J” Jacobs.
The bout takes place from the Prince’s Theatre and will be sanctioned by Professional Boxing Governing Organisation and the British & Irish Boxing Authority.
Decastro will be defending his WBU title with the vacant WBF belt up for grabs. Jacobs recently won the WBF European and International super welterweight crowns.
Through social media, the two prized fighters have developed a mutual hatred for one another.
Decastr is a perfect 15-0 over 15 pro fights, winning 12 of them via knockout. Jacobs sports a 10-1 career mark.
The card also features Ben McGivern vs. Navid Iran for the WBU International title in a rematch of a bout won by McGivern on points, and Andy Hojdys vs. Dmitrijs Ovsjannikovs for the World Boxing League International and European Boxing League European titles.
Other bouts include Paul Peers vs. Amos Mwamakula, Rob Elden vs. Ronny McField, Ben Cook vs. Pablo Narvaez and Dean Porter vs. Michael Isaac Carrero.
