UFC 241: Stipe Miocic Shocks Daniel Cormier, Claims Title

Stipe Miocic avenged his knockout loss to Daniel Cormier, stunning the UFC heavyweight champion at UFC 241.

After falling behind on the scorecards through three rounds, Miocic was able to get some traction in the fourth working the body of “DC.” From there, he ended the fight, becoming a two-division champion and the first fighter other than Jon Jones to defeat Cormier.

Nate Diaz returned in the co-main event, earning a decision vs. Anthony Pettis.
