Khabib Nurmagomedov will go down as one of the greatest to ever compete in MMA.

Nurmagomedov locked up a submission victory at UFC 254, besting Justin Gaethje.

Following the performance, the unbeaten fighter announced he was retiring from MMA.

The card took place from Abu Dhabi and Fight Island, airing early at a special start time.

It will be interesting to see if Khabib does remain retired or return for a super-fight with Georges St-Pierre, a rematch with Conor McGregor or another contender fight.
